The major works forming this RFT are the following:
• Install new temporary plant entrance from Beechgrove Drive and granular site access/haulage road routed along the northern boundary of Highland Creek Treatment Plant within Toronto Regional Conservation Authority (TRCA) and City of Toronto Urban Forestry Regulated lands, • Bulk excavation and removal of approximately 45,000 m3 of stockpile materials.
