Project Description: Salt Lake County (County) on behalf of its Facilities Management Division is requesting qualifications for architectural and engineering services of an Architect (Architect or Proposer) for the programming, design and construction administration of the Adult Detention Center (ADC) Expansion (Project).
Architect selection will be a single-stage RFP process involving submission of a written proposal focused on Proposer qualifications, project management plan and a cost proposal followed by an interview. Selection of the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) will be a single-stage or a two-Stage RFP process.
