Project Description: The Incorporated County of Los Alamos (“County”) Information Management Division is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide an asset management system to manage its fiber optic plant, model connectivity, and plan future expansions. The desired solution is one that provides the functionality described further in this RFP, including, but not limited to, a solution that will store data for a fiber optic plant using a mapping interface, has tools that allow the user to model outage locations, shows connectivity between strands over complex paths, and has a robust interface with ArcGIS software.
