Sources Sought Notice: IHS-SS-25-0121 – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Services to be provided at the Quentin N Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility 1300 Hospital Loop (QNBMHF) Belcourt ND 58316.





This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Indian Health Service (IHS). Pursuant to 48 CFR Part 326, Subpart 326.603-3 and IHM 5.5-6, Indian Health Service must use the negotiation authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, to give preference to Indian economic Enterprises (IEE) whenever the use of that authority is authorized and practicable.





The Government is seeking to identify businesses capable of performing the below IHS requirement. Any vendor responding to this notice should submit their capability statement. Instructions for submission are outlined below.





Indian Small Businesses Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), and other small businesses are highly encouraged to respond to this notice. However, firms should understand that generic capability statements are not sufficient for effective evaluation of their capacity and capability to perform the work required. Responses must directly demonstrate the company’s capability, experience, and ability to reasonably provide Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Services for the QNBMHF, Belcourt IHS.





Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether an ISBEE set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 561320 – Temporary Help Services.





The Government requests interested parties submit a written response to this notice, which includes:

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against IHS shall arise as a result of a response to this notice or IHS’s use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement.
