The City of Aurora, Illinois invites you to bid for the anticipated tent rental, delivery, setup and takedown of the 2025 City Hall-o-ween Trick or Treating Event located at Wilder Park Promenade, 350 North River Street, Aurora, IL.
The City's annual Halloween event is returning for the ninth year. Families are invited to Wilder Park & Promenade where city staff will be distributing candy and handouts. The bidder shall supply framed tents along with the appropriate weights to secure each tent. The tents will be used to facilitate various activities and provide shelter for event attendees. The bidder is expected to fulfill all specifications outlined herein to ensure a successful event.
