The City's annual Halloween event is returning for the ninth year. Families are invited to Wilder Park & Promenade where city staff will be distributing candy and handouts. The bidder shall supply framed tents along with the appropriate weights to secure each tent. The tents will be used to facilitate various activities and provide shelter for event attendees.
