The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions that were asked by vendors. Please see Amendment 01 attachment. Quote due date remains unchanged at 26 August 2025, 13:00 PM MDT.

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota has issued this solicitation, FA469025Q0054, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures for the supply of one (1) each Snow Buckets IAW the attachments listed below.

This will be a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333120 – Construction Machinery Manufacturing with a size standard of 1250 Employees. To be eligible to compete for Total Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote, the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement.

Quotes are to be submitted via email to Vaishali Upadhyay at vaishali.upadhyay.1@us.af.mil and Jayna E. Clements at jayna.clements@us.af.mil no later than 26 August 2025, 13:00 PM MDT. Quotes must be valid for 60 days after award.

Questions must be emailed to vaishali.upadhyay.1@us.af.mil before 18 August 2025, 13:00 PM MDT, and a memorandum with the answers will be added to this solicitation by 21 August 2025, 13:00 PM MDT.
