Los Alamos Summer Concert Series

Project Description: County is seeking proposals for event production of its Los Alamos Summer Concert Series for four (4) calendar years, 2027-2030, with potential renewals of up to three (3) additional years. The Los Alamos Summer Concert Series is a long-standing tradition in Los Alamos, with friends, families, neighbors, and tourists settling in for musical entertainment in a relaxing, safe environment. The Los Alamos Summer Concert Series has grown over the years to become what has been called the best small-town outdoor concert venue and series in the state. This series has always been free to the public and open to all. Family-friendly entertainment and a diverse assortment of quality music are solid mainstays of the series. The successful respondent will plan to, through sponsorships, donations, and County funding, arrange five (5) large-scale concerts and ten (10) small-scale concerts, unrelated to attendance, and which may include themed evenings or other creative draws, to attract residents and tourists while maintaining a small-town feel. All marketing efforts should promote the “Los Alamos Summer Concert Series."
