OWNER’S ADVISOR SERVICES FOR MILL CREEK WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT DEWATERING BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS

Project Description: MSD is in its initial stage of design-build project execution and seeks an experienced practitioner to assist MSD throughout the planning, design-builder procurement, design, and construction phases of the MCWWTP Dewatering Building Improvements Project. MSD is selecting an owner’s advisor consultant with demonstrated experience and expertise to complete the planning, develop design criteria and design-builder procurement documents, and provide technical and project management support for successful execution of the Project. Selected Offeror may also provide engineering and field services during construction. Initially the selected Offeror will develop a Business Case Evaluation (BCE) and finalize the project criteria. Following approval of the BCE and project criteria, the selected Offeror will assist MSD with the RFQ/RFP process to select a design-builder. Following selection of the design-builder, the selected Offeror will provide technical and project management support during the design and construction phase of the Project.
