The purpose of this Request For Information (RFI) is to gather information on available spacecraft concepts that meet mission needs and inform the acquisition strategy for acquiring the first four missions of NOAA’s next generation low earth orbiting environmental monitoring satellite architecture.
These documents are for information and planning purposes, to allow industry to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirements, to allow industry to provide meaningful feedback to improve the requirements for the Government’s consideration, and to promote competition.
When responding to this RFI, please reference RFI-NEON-S1-2025. Responses are due to the Points of Contact listed in the RFI by February 12, 2025.
