Fluoride Facilities Upgrade

Project Description: Sealed Bids will be received by the LEHIGH COUNTY AUTHORITY via the PennBid Program until 11:00 AM, prevailing time Thursday, November 6, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened on PennBid. The project is titled “Fluoride Facilities Upgrades” and will consist of three contracts:
General Construction
Electrical Construction
HVAC Construction
All Bidding Documents are available at no cost at PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, October 17, 2025, at LCA’s Water Filtration Plant located at 1300 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Allentown, PA 18102. A site visit to the Project site will follow.
Questions will be accepted until 5:00 P.M., prevailing time, on October 29, 2025. Questions shall be submitted online via PennBid (see Instructions to Bidders for more detail).
Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form), or certified check, for ten percent of the Bid total.
The Contract will be subject to Prevailing Wage rates established by the Department of Labor and Industry.
The LEHIGH COUNTY AUTHORITY hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
