**Amendment 0002 - Section M – Evaluation Factors for Award**
The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Office of Procurement has a requirement for armed court security guard services for the following Federal Judicial Circuits:

- 5th Circuit – Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas
- 8th Circuit – Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska

The period of performance is five years, which includes a base period of twelve (12) months and four one-year option periods, as well as an option for a six-month extension.
