Aiken County Sheriff's Office New Law Enforcement Center Furniture

Aiken County Government is currently building a new Sheriff’s Office Headquarters.  This project is 100% for Design Drawings and has started Construction work as of 02/20/26.  The Architect and Designer is Moseley Architects.  The General Contractor (CMAR) is Hood Construction.  Capstone Services, LLC is the Owner’s Project Manager. Aiken County Government is seeking to hire a qualified Furniture Dealers to provide Qualification Statements and Proposals from interested and qualified firms.

The new project will be constructed adjacent to 435 Wire Road, Aiken South Carolina. The site location is part of property Parcel 135-18-01-001.  The Project will consist of 2 buildings. The HQ building will be a 2-story building with 42,542sf.  The 2nd building on site will be the Evidence/Forensic building with 17,297sf.  The Project site is about 10 acres.

This RFP is structured around a target budget, with final pricing yet to be determined. We have outlined the project’s budget parameters, schedule, and selection criteria to ensure a competitive and transparent process. The selected furniture dealer will play a critical role in furnishing the building in alignment with the established design vision, collaborating closely with the project team to achieve a seamless and successful outcome. The Furniture Project Budget is:  $750,000.  This would be inclusive of all furniture costs, sales tax, shipping, installation and markup.
