1. Mill entire surface between gutter pans 2"

2. Resurface entire roadway with a 2" overlay

3. All white and yellow lines are to be painted as per SHA standards.

4. Termination of resurfacing to match existing surface, shall be tied into a milled formed edge or conventional saw cut and removed.

5. All utilities/ covers elevations must be adjusted to meet new grade.

6. Paving area is approximately 1918 ft. long by 35 ft. wide All dimension's are to be verified.

7. Remove and replace 2 single Handicap ramps and replace with 2 double Handicap ramps.

8. All dimple block are to be red brick color.
