Kayak, Canoe and/or Paddle Board Rental Concessionaire for White Rock Lake

Project Description: The City of Dallas (City) Park and Recreation (PKR) Department invites qualified and responsible proposers to submit a proposal for the furnishing and operation of a portable kayak, canoe, and/or paddle board (at least one of the three) rental concession operation along the east shore of White Rock Lake at the location specified in Attachment III - Map.
It is the intent of this RFP to have the successful proposer enter into a formal Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to furnish all equipment, materials, supplies, park improvements, labor permits, and licenses as necessary to provide high quality products and services to the public as per the terms and conditions stated herein. An ID/IQ contract is established when quantities of services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Materials ordered under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
