2025 I-BPA (VIPR) Fire Vendor Outreach Sessions

The USDA Forest Service, Equipment & Service Branch (ESB) in partnership with FS Fire and Aviation Management (FAM) plans to host virtual and in-person vendor engagement meetings in 2025.

Session 1 - Due to unforeseen circumstances, we must postpone the Feb 5, 2025 online Fire Vendor Engagement Session (FVOS) to a later date. We apologize for the late notice and disruption in plans; we are taking the necessary steps to get an additional March FVOS on the calendar. In the meantime, a question submittal form has been created and is available in the “Attachments/Links” section of this notice.

Session 2 Wed, Feb 19, 2025, 3:00 PM Pacific Time - A recording of the presentation and the slides can be found by following the "2025 I-BPA VIPR 2025 Vendor Prequote Presentation Access" link in the "Attachments/Links" section.

DISCLAIMER: The current Water Handling solicitation does not allow for gravity fed spray bars (noted in slide 36). Gravity fed spray bars will be accepted and an amendment to the solicitation is forthcoming.

Region 6 (regional map link below) will host five (5) in-person meetings at the following locations and times:

1. Feb. 4, 2025, Canyonville, OR. Venue: Seven Feathers Resort, 1800- 2000


2. Feb. 6, 2025, Redmond, OR, Venue: Eagle Crest Resort, 1800-2000


3. Feb. 10, 2025, Wenatchee, WA, Venue: Mercantile, 1800- 2000


4. Feb. 11, 2025, Spokane, WA, Venue: Hampton Inn by Spokane Airport, 1800-2000


5. Feb. 12, 2025, Pendleton, OR, Venue: Wildhorse Resort & Casino, 1800-2000

Note for in-person meetings – there may be limited Government Representation and some questions may be deferred for answering.

These sessions are an opportunity for small businesses seeking additional information on Incident Blanket Purchase Agreements (I-BPA) awarded through the Virtual Incident Procurement (VIPR) System for 2025 contracting opportunities.
