NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – Pitchbook Data Inc

Synopsis:

MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. This is a new requirement for 1 Pitchbook Desktop Platform subscription for the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 513210 – Software Publishers with a size standard of $47.0 million dollars.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
