1) Site Visits were held and concluded on March 25, 2026 and March 31, 2026.
2) All RFIs are due on Tuesday April 7, 2026 COB. The RFIs will be sent to CE on Wednesday April 8,2026.

Update 01 **19 March 2026**
The SOW and the Drawings will be sent to those who have RSVPd in the site visit calendar invite.
This requirement is set aside for Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) only.
1. Site visit attendance is mandatory to be considered responsive. RSVP email confirmation of intent to attend site is due NLT 1400 CST, Friday March 20, 2026. In your RSVP email confirmation, please indicate if any of your members need base access. If a Contractor/Sub‐contractor fail to meet this deadline, the site visit information will not be released to your organization. For RSVPs, please ensure you email both dorothy.inoa@us.af.mil and sharla.flowers_brandon.1@us.af.mil.
Only seven individuals will be allowed per Prime Contractor.
2. Site visit date will be (24 March 2026). RFIs are due on Tuesday March 31, 2026 COB. Calendar Invite will be sent to only those who have RSVPd.
3. Small Business Set‐Aside IAW RFO 19.107-2.
4. IAW FAR 36.204(e): The estimated price should be described in terms of the following price range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
