Project Description: The City of Meridian, Idaho is seeking proposals from respondents for HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair services for 42 City facilities. Work performed under the contract shall meet all applicable requirements of the latest revision of the ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCO Standard 180, Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems and all applicable requirements for the City of Meridian and the State of Idaho.
