The purpose of the update is to revise the posting date of the solicitation. Solicitation posting date is anticipated to be on or about 14 July 2025. This announcement is a competitive small business set aside, firm-fixed price, Small Business Set-Aside, procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to determine best value in accordance with the Comparative Analysis Procedures IAW FAR 13.106-2(b)(3)Please note this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The NIST score is required before award. Project Scope: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform herbicide and pesticide applications at the Three Rivers Regional Lakes of Central Texas, these being Aquilla, Navarro Mills, Waco and Whitney Lakes. All applications and treatment results shall be as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall be required to perform within the standards of this contract. Scope: Provide all management, tools, equipment, materials, chemicals, and labor required to achieve the desired results. The objective of these services shall be the eradication or abatement of undesirable and invasive species, provide pest control and hydro-seeding treatments, as described herein. All herbicides, pesticides hydro-seed mixtures applied during the execution of these services shall be submitted for review and subject to approval by the Contracting Officer (KO) or the Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR). Contractor is solely responsible for proper application of the herbicides and pesticides under this contract. Areas of application: The following treatments and applications are included to demonstrate the desired results. Other chemical treatments and application methods may be used per label instructions and with the COR?s approval, as long these are products and methods are equal to or better, with results achieved at no additional cost to the government. Period of Performance is one-year base and four 12-month option periods.To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
