The City of Concord, New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as the CITY), is seeking the services of qualified parking consultants (hereafter referred to as the CONSULTANT) lawfully engaged in the practice of this service to provide the CITY with 1) an analysis and recommendations for the future disposition of the State Street Public Parking Garage, which will be guided by, 2) an analysis of the CITY’s Downtown Parking System and its ability to handle parking demand depending on the disposition of the aforementioned Garage, and 3) on-call services which might be required in the future.
