Description
The City of Chilliwack is seeking Expressions of Interest (EIs) from qualified Respondents to develop, design and construct the “Sardis Vedder Trunk Phase Two & Luckakuck Way Phase One Sewer Upgrade Project. The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is to solicit submissions from Respondents, with expertise in municipal water main and sanitary sewer infrastructure engineering and construction.
The key Project objectives are to:
• Realize an innovative financial and technical solution that will deliver the Project in the most
efficient and cost-effective manner;
• Design and construct the Project to standards that will result in an operationally safe,
efficient, and high-quality infrastructure;
• Construct the Works with minimal disruption to surrounding neighborhoods, community,
and to the operations of the road and utility networks;
• Complete the Project by September 25, 2026.
