Description: Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the New York State (NYS) Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) is seeking a qualified marketing/advertising vendor to provide the comprehensive services. The selected vendor will collaborate closely with OCM to design and create impactful marketing that furthers the agency’s mission and public education efforts. These services shall include, but are not limited to:
To date, OCM’s marketing and advertising efforts have included broadcast radio and television, social media, digital, print, and out of home advertising. Examples can be found at https://cannabis.ny.gov and across the agency’s social channels under @nys_cannabis. These efforts have focused on increasing awareness of the agency’s programs and public health materials and campaigns OCM will need Work Products individually or as part of campaigns. Ad-hoc products and micro-campaigns may also be done on an expedited timeframe, particularly if there is a pressing issue or safety concern The following minimum requirements must be demonstrated by each Proposer: Proposers must have a total of two years of experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns reaching more than one geographical area Proposers must have a total of two years of experience implementing marketing campaigns targeting non-English speaking individuals Proposing firms must have experience in Social Justice, Diversity and Inclusion, Social Equity, or Human-Rights campaigns When available, the solicitation can be found on the OGS bid opportunities page at https://ogs.ny.gov/procurement/bid-opportunities Due Date: 11/20/2024 2:00 PMContract Term: Upon OSC approval and will be in effect for a period of three years with the option to renew for an additional two years Location: Ad Type: General
