Solicitation Description:

The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of new park amenities at Summit Crossing Park located at 3880 Alamosa Street. Improvements to include 6' concrete walking trail, pond overlooks with railings, waterline for drinking fountain, storm drains, and picnic area. Due to budget constraints, several Bid Alternates are included.

A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at City Hall 3rd Floor, Finance Conference Room 2, located at 1101 Texas Avenue College Station, Texas on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 @ 2:00 PM CT. This meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is highly recommended.
