Tree Planting at Carpenters Pond

The objective of this contract is to complete, in a professional manner, a tree planting contract at Carpenter Pond Park. Twelve trees are to be planted between 12/1/24 to 4/15/25 within the designated planting zone adjacent to the walkway near the dam area. This project will include one years of tree maintenance to insure the proper establishment of these trees.

It is the intention of these specifications to provide a set of directions that describe the manner in which the work for this contract is to be performed. These specifications are divided into the following four parts:

Bid Deposits: 10% Bid deposit is required, Must be in the form of Bank or Certified check or Money Order only. They will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the bid has been A successful bidder's deposit will be returned after a written contract has been executed, or after a performance bond has been accepted by the City.
