APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The 366th Fighter Wing at Mountain Home Air Force Base has a recurring requirement for commercial hotel lodging services to support personnel on temporary duty (TDY), for mission-essential travel, and to accommodate other surge requirements.
The requirement is for lodging facilities capable of providing a minimum of 100 rooms, with amenities including high-speed internet, housekeeping, and maintenance that meet the criteria outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
This requirement will be structured as a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to create a simplified and flexible method for acquiring lodging, as the exact dates and number of rooms will vary. Calls placed against the BPA will be on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis.
The requirement is commercial in nature as hotel lodging is a service offered to the general public.
