Project Description: The City of Chester is outsourcing the seasonal pool operations/pool management to a third party; hence, is seeking a Certified Pool Operator to do the pre-season opening; the opening and maintaining; and post-season operations. This includes but is not limited to lifeguard staffing, daily chemical management and reporting, pool and deck cleaning and maintenance, etc. (See scope of work for more detail).
This is a one-year initial contract period with a Year 2 extension (2026) and a Year 3 extension (2027) contingent upon City satisfaction at the end of Initial year and budget concurrence for subsequent years,
