Leesburg Executive Airport Roof Retrofit and Replacement

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Leesburg Executive Airport Roof Retrofit and Replacement project.  Work includes the retrofit and replacement of roof sections at the Leesburg Executive Airport.  The Town will provide Garland roofing materials.  Contractor will provide all non-Garland roofing materials, labor, equipment, and all incidentals.

Non-Mandatory On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit:

A non-mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 3:00 pm (local time) at the Leesburg Executive Airport located at 1001 Sycolin Road, Leesburg, VA 20175.  It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project.  A site visit will be conducted after the pre-bid meeting.  The pre-bid meeting and site visit will not be conducted virtually (remotely).

Bid Opening:

Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams using the eVA e-Procurement website on Monday, May 4, 2026 at at 2:00 pm (local time). The bid opening will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.
