Project Description: It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas, to solicit sealed competitive proposals for HVAC upgrades at the Brownsville Animal Regulation and Care Center. The project includes upgrades to the facility’s HVAC and associated electrical systems to support improved ventilation, temperature control, and humidity management throughout the building. The project will modernize portions of the existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure to enhance system reliability, operational efficiency, and overall system performance.
