General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area: North - Cathedral Oaks Rd at Hollister Ave to Highway 192 to Rincon Rd (Hwy150).
East - Rincon Rd (Hwy 150) across to the Pacific Ocean shoreline at Carpinteria Ave.
South - The Pacific Ocean shoreline at Rincon Rd to the Pacific Ocean shoreline at Cathedral Oaks Rd.
West - The Pacific Ocean shoreline at Cathedral Oaks Rd across to Cathedral Oaks Rd at Hollister Av

Additional Requirements: Space must be able to accommodate the following:

Existing finishes and tenant Improvements may be considered for reuse for this lease.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
