The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.
Urgent request to replace water heater at Navajo Department of Corrections, Crownpoint Judicial Complex.
