Under Request for Proposals number P-26-08-COC, the City of Cocoa is seeking a modern, integrated, and comprehensive ERP solution to replace its aging legacy systems. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Financial Management, Human Resources/Payroll, Utility Billing, Community Development (Permitting/Licensing), and Asset/Work Order Management. The City’s preference is for a highly integrated "Single Vendor" or "Lead Vendor" software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution.
Submittals must be delivered to the office of the Procurement and Budget Manager, located at 65 Stone St., Cocoa, Florida 32922. Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 PM EST, June 30, 2026.
NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on June 8, 2026 at 10:00AM EST. Date and time subject to change. Meeting access instructions will be posted to the City’s bidding system detailed below.
