Description
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) requests proposals to implement a marketing campaign to reach Hmong anglers and hunters in the summer and fall of 2025. The aim is to utilize paid ad platforms to share important information and updates and promote positive engagement with Minnesota’s new fishing and hunting regulations. It is the Division’s intent that these efforts will involve production, implementation and reporting of traditional and digital advertising tactics as deemed appropriate.
