Description
The pre-solicitation notice for Solicitation W912CH-26-R-A014 announces the Army Contracting Command?Detroit Arsenal?s intent to issue a forthcoming solicitation for the Team Armor Partnership 4.0 (TAP 4.0) repair service program. It will be competed under Full and Open Competition with no set-asides, using PSC J025 and NAICS 811111. The planned requirement is for a new hybrid, single-award IDIQ contract with five one-year ordering periods and a six-month extension option. The contract will provide comprehensive repair services for the Abrams and Bradley Fighting Vehicle platforms specifically for the repair of unserviceable Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs). One contract will be awarded to the offeror demonstrating best value and meeting all material solicitation requirements. The notice emphasizes that this announcement is not a solicitation and that proposals are not being requested at this time.
