This Addendum is hereby made a part of the Request for Proposals (RFP)) and Project Documents to the same extent as if
it was originally included therein and is intended to change and/or interpret the RFQ documents by additions, deletions,
clarifications, or corrections. The Contractor shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the proposal submittals.

SOLICITATION CHANGES/CLARIFICATIONS
1. Section 4.5, "Volume 1 - Technical Proposal" (page 19). Subsection A is amended as follows :
A. The Technical Proposal page limit is 15 pages. The Respondent may choose to allocate pages between any of
the evaluation criteria. The Proposal shall not exceed 15 pages. If a Respondent submits a proposal exceeding
this limit, KCATA will consider the pages up to the allowable number and discard all subsequent pages.

and dated by an authorized representative of the firm. Failure to submit this form may deem the Proposer non-
responsive.
