Scope of Services
1. NORTH WRF EAST SIDE ELECTRICAL ROOM -
a. Replace the North WRF Electrical Room switchgears and distribution panels.
b. Demolish and dispose of the existing main switchgear and related concrete pads, conduit and wire.
c. Demolish and replace the existing slab-on-grade and trenching, pour new floor slab-on-grade.
d. Modify CMU wall opening and install new doors.
e. Provide and install ventilation.
f. And all ancillary devices for a complete operating installation

Good morning. The scales on electrical plans seem to be incorrect. Then, when scaling the structural plans, these are also scaled incorrectly. For example: the electrical room plan on sheet S-4 has a scale of 1/4" = 1`, but when using this scale and measuring the side of the building that should be 31`4", it measures around 3`. Please provide the correct scale.
