Description:
Remove existing roofing material and insulation on Building #4. All material removed from the property must be properly and legally disposed of in the landfill. Install new insulation to meet all relevant building codes. Remove existing gutters and install new gutters like the ones currently on the building and paint them the same color. All new roofing products shall be installed per the manufacturer's recommendations and published installation manuals.
