This requirement is issued as a sole source procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price (FFP) basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Lyme Computer System Inc, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 8.004. Lyme is the only approved vendor for SolidWorks software under the mandated DoD ESI BPA and the maintenance is required for the currently owned SolidWorks licenses.
