Description:
Materials Provided by Contractor: All prepping materials, including plastic sheeting, drop cloths/paper, tape, caulking, patching compound, and Bondo. All primer and paint: high-quality oil-based products suitable for outdoor/exterior application. One (1) coat of primer and one (1) coat of finish paint. Contractor to provide four (4) different color options for client selection.
Work to be Performed: Replace all rotted or damaged wood as needed to ensure a sound substrate, prepare (prep) all surfaces, including cleaning, scraping loose paint, sanding as required, filling cracks/holes, caulking joints, and applying patching compound or Bondo where necessary.
Prime and paint the following exterior areas: Siding, Eaves, Fascia, Windows (frames and trim), Front door(s), Side door(s), Front entrance deck (including railings, posts, and deck boards if applicable)
Contractor will haul away and properly dispose of all construction debris, old wood, paint cans, and other waste generated from the job site, leaving the property clean and tidy upon completion.

Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived ¿ however the DVBE Incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation.
Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
