RFP-2024-1155 Assessment and Maintenance of Communication Towers

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) to prospective proponents to submit a proposal (“Proposal”) for the Assessment and Maintenance of Communication Towers as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

It is the Municipality's intention to enter into Agreement with only one (1) legal entity; however, the Municipality reserves the right to enter into Agreements with multiple legal entities.

The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of the Municipality to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2), consecutive one-year terms.
