The City of Amesbury is soliciting quotes for a server room mini split system replacement. The scope of work includes: Recover the refrigerant and dispose of the existing mini split system. Furnish and install (1) 3-ton mini split unit with wall mounted evaporator. Provide new line-set, condensate pump, power/control wiring, start-up, and a one year warranty on all parts and labor. Prevailing wage and OSHA training are required.
