Project Description: The City of Vancouver intends to award a sole source to American Pipeline Solutions for the purchase of ice pigging service that provides a method to flush sewer mains without the concern of other pigging methods which will not melt and may cause interior damage to the City's mains. If you are aware of another supplier that provides these goods or services, please contact Mark Nowak at mark.nowak@cityofvancouver.us or comment through the Bonfire Portal.
