Clearfield City RFP for VOiP

Project Description: Clearfield City is seeking the services of a qualified VoIP service provider to implement and support a VoIP phone system that includes 200 Direct Inward Dialing (DID) phone lines. The awarded vendor will provide a full-featured solution including planning, implementation, support, and the replacement of existing desk phones. The selected provider must ensure system flexibility to scale beyond or below the initial 200 lines as needed.
This RFP is designed to provide interested parties with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude relevant or essential data.
RFP’s Submittal
Electronic proposals only. Proposals will be received electronically at the office of the City Recorder, of Clearfield City as submitted from each proposer through Bonfire, until 5:00 P.M., on May 19, 2025 and then at said office, electronic proposals will be publicly opened. Late proposals will not be accepted. Addendums, if any, will be posted on the Bonfire website and must be acknowledged. Prior to submitting a proposal, the vendor MUST register on the Bonfire website. Clearfield City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal that best serves the interest of the City.
