Invitation for Bids- Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365

Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to enter into a contract to provide Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 – Public Sector Licenses in accordance with the attached specifications. Bids will only be accepted from vendors authorized as Veeam reseller partners.
This IFB is expected to result in a single award to the lowest-cost, responsive, and responsible vendor. This sourcing event will result in one time purchase of perpetual licenses and maintenance and support for a one year period with the option to renew maintenance and support for up to four (4) additional years on an annual basis.
All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via the Q&A Board within the electronic bidding system before the designated deadline. Responses will be posted in the same manner. Bidders must allow sufficient time to complete and upload all required documents before the deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
