Synopsis
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide Portable Automated Flagging Assistance Devices (hereinafter referred to as "units") in accordance with the requirements and specifications stated herein. The contract period will be from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2028 with three (3) one-year renewal option periods or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required to contact the buyer of record via e-mail at Nanci.Grannemann@modot.mo.gov at least five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid.
