ITB 2025011 - Painting and Exterior Restoration Project at Key West High School

Monroe County School District is soliciting the services of qualified contractors to complete the High School Painting Coating and Exterior Restoration Project of buildings 1, 2, 3,4 and 5. Work is as described in the project documents prepared by Jay Ammon Architects, attached to this specification as Appendix 1 (the “Work”). An overhead photo of the buildings to be included in the scope of work (outlined in red) can be found in the attached Appendix 2. The selected Contractor will provide all labor and materials required to complete all painting, coating, and exterior restorations as described in the project documents. This is to be a complete turnkey project. Work includes but is not limited to general exterior painting and sealing. All materials, labor, equipment, subcontracts, and services required to make a complete project per the design documents shall be included in your pricing. The project has a required completion date of August 2, 2026.
