The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for six separate traffic signal locations across the City of College Station, install conduit, control boxes, fiber optic cabling, and associated infrastructure for final connections to existing fiber optic infrastructure. This work will require some underground boring, some use of existing conduit, and some aerial fiber installation on existing poles. Will require TxDOT permits for some of these locations and work within the existing Right-of-Way areas.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. CT Friday, October 17, 2025. At City Hall, 3rd floor Fiscal Services, Conference Room 2. This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
