The Holyoke Housing Authority (“HHA”) invites electronic bids (E-Bids) for Two- Year Maintenance for Nine Passenger Elevators and One Lift.

A pre-bid field visit for the General Bidder will start at the Holyoke Housing Authority, 475 Maple Street, Holyoke MA on Thursday, April 23, 2026, 2:00PM Eastern Time.

Bids will be received electronically until 2PM local time on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at www.projectdog.com .

This contract is subject to the Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements of United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Notice PIH 2025-06, which requires that all construction materials used in the project are produced in the United States.

General Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less then 5% of the greatest possible bid amount. The bid deposit may be in the form of a certified, treasurers, or company check; cash; or bid bond from a licensed surety M.G.L. c. 149, §44B (2).

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149, §44A-J and to the minimum wage rates as required by the US Department of Labor.

The HHA reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids if it be in the public interest to do so.

Bids will be subject to approval and award by the Board of Commissioners of the Holyoke Housing Authority. Bids will be irrevocable for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening.
