Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Mapleton City
The purpose of this RFB (Request for Bid) is to enter into a contract to provide crackseal on streets throughout Mapleton, before those same streets receive micro seal or high-density mineral bond treatments later this year.
Submission: See solicitation documents. A sealed hard copy of each companies bid will need to be submitted by Thursday March 19th at 10:00 AM either at the bid opening itself, or earlier than the bid opening date to the Mapleton City Recorder at the Mapleton City Offices (125 West 400 North).
It is anticipated that this RFB will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the lowest bid from a qualified contractor. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the contract award is lowest bid totaled in the Base Bid (Part 2 "Price Schedule" of the bid documents) based on measurement and payment estimation. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the project.
Work for this project must be substantially completed by May 29, 2026.
