Description

Subject: Request for Interest – Sources Sought



RFI Number: SP7000-25-RFI-1024



DCSO – P New Cumberland is issuing this Request for Interest - Sources Sought notice (RFI) to find vendors who are potentially interested in the requirement to provide Internet Services for the DLA Document Services facilities located in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.



This RFI is being submitted for market research purposes only. This RFI neither constitutes a Request for Quotes, Request for Proposals or Invitation for Bids, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Also, this RFI should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.



The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor hours, training, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the requirement. The contractor shall ensure that each contract employee meets the education, experience, training, licensing, health, and age requirements stated by any and all federal and state regulations.



The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for expenses related to provide a response to this RFI.



The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 519290 with a small business size standard of up to 1,000 employees and a Product Service Code (PSC) of DG10.



Potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website to be able to receive a contract to work for the US Government. Potential offerors are responsible for completing and maintaining registration in the SAM.gov website.



All interested parties shall submit their response via email to the POC by 21 March 2025 by 10:00 AM EST and include:



Business name,



CAGE code,



UEI code,



point-of-contact,



type of business (i.e. small, large, 8(a), etc.),



brief company history,



information for any current or previous government contracts
