WWTP Administration Building Addition

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, Municipal Building, P.O. Box 547, 904 6th Street, Anacortes, WA 98221, until 1:30pm local time on October 22, 2025, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read for the WWTP Administration Building Addition #24-139-SEW-002. Bids received after that time and date will not be considered. The project provides for the addition of approximately 1295 square feet to the existing Anacortes Wastewater Treatment Plant Administration Building, comprised of a new employee entrance, break room and office space. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the bid amount is required. Engineers Estimate is $700,000. Bid specifications are available free of charge at bxwa.com .
